Don't send medical files in a plain email

For AI interpretation of analyses, reports, discharge summaries, and prescriptions it's safer to use your account. There the document enters the right processing flow instead of a support thread.

Need documents interpreted

Upload a PDF, photo, or screenshot in your account. You can upload up to 15 files per interpretation.

Have a question about a report

Tell us which part is unclear. Over email we don't make diagnoses or prescribe treatment — that requires an in-person visit.

Need an integration

Describe the workflow: patient interpretations, the doctor's assistant, the API, white-label, or clinic automation.

Question about data

Tell us what to do: delete an account, clarify storage, open legal documents, or discuss access.
